Windows Vista Port Forwarding

I am running windows vista, and cannot seem to get it to work.

Checking port 27757 on xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx...

Error! Port 27757 does not appear to be open.

I followed the steps, and adapted them from the xp directions to no avail. I have a zyXEL SP-660R Router.

I normally use different torrent programs, but have made the switch to uTorrent; just can't seem to get it running properly.

Search the forums for vista, you'll find plenty of possible workarounds.
