Another link to the script in the speed guide?

Hey I had to reinstall utorrent fully after a windows reinstallation, but I didn't think the link in the mini guide would have gone down, does anyone know of another link to it?

Use the Speed Guide, not the mini guide. It provides broken settings that are too extreme.
