uTorrent upnp setting the wrong ip address

I dont know why but after everything was working fine up untill recently. I see in the firewall log that utorrent is using a local address which is not in my network at all and sending to the wrong old router ip address that I recently changed.

so basically this is what is happening utorrent send 239.255.255.250:1900 (localpoint)

remote point (router ip address) 192.168.2.1 (this was the old ip address, current is 192.168.3.1). and now utorrent shows the orange color thingie..indicating a problem with the router.

any ideas how I can fix this...I already tried uninstalling and installing again
