Unable to map UPnP Port.

I am new to utorrent and I recently downloaded the program. I followed the guide on the website and did the things suggested there.

Under logger, this is what it says: [22:34:22] Unable to map UPnP Port.

If somebody could explain to me the meaning of that and how to fix it, it would be greatly appreciated.

your utorrent cant port forward.... indicate a port in preferences then uncheck the box that indicates randomizes port so that everytime you run utorrent your port doesnt change... then go to your router to forward the certain port.. then it wil be able to map Pnp port

The box to randomize port was not checked. I do not have a router.

Also, I just randomized the port and it said the same thing: [03:49:21] Unable to map UPnP Port.

All help and advice is greatly appreciated.

Unable to map UPnP Port. Its says this in the log for me also except its downloaded like 0.2%. Its downloading very slow though do i need to fix something?

Yea, Im very computer illiterate though. Is there some sort of way to auto configure these settings?

... The major point of that link is: if your network status light is green, then you DON'T need to worry about it. Now, you haven't even told us if it applies to you or not, so we can't make ANY suggestions.
