cuttingham Posted October 23, 2006 Report Share Posted October 23, 2006 A crisis happened. My uTorrent was downloading an 8GB file, been doing so for less than a week. I was watching movies with RealPlayer while uTorrent was dling this file. I pressed a keyboard button to increase brightness, but then the computer unexpectedly restarted. It showed the disk checking thing, I might have skipped it. uTorrent automatically opens on login, so when it open, all torrents were gone! The actual downloaded-but-incomplete file wasn't deleted, but I may have deleted the .torrent file. How do I resume downloading? When I open up the same .torrent file redownloaded, it starts the whole downloading over again! Since I still have the downloaded actual file, I should be able to revive it somehow.
