Can't upload

Hello

I'm connected through a cable modem only. I'm having trouble seeding and uploading torrents. The uploads work while I'm downloading(though at a slow speed) but once it should start seeding it stays at zero. This message is in the log: Error opening Windows Firewall, Unable to map upnp port.

I checked and the firewall box is not checked in the network connections part of windows. Can anyone help me on what might be the problem?
