Ok my first question is what do the seeds do?

Second question what do peers do?

Also i was reading through the forum and i was wondering because people were saying they should let it seed until u get enough seeders then start downloading...is that a good idea and if it is how long should i do that for because there are a wide variety of hours that it could do that for.

And i think thats it so if u could tell some answers of those questions that would be great. thank you
