Connection to tracker timing out

I'm trying to switch from BitComet to uTorrent and am finding it hard. Currently, whenever I open a torrent with uTorrent, the connection to the tracker times out or fails and I don't download anything. However, if I open the same file with BitComet, I will start downloading almost immediately.

I'm using cable (512 up) and have a decent system (specs can be provided if need be.) I have tried setting my listen port to the same and different with no changes in function.
