damasta Posted December 18, 2006 Report Posted December 18, 2006 I add a torrent remotely. from t damage and nothing happens. i press add file and it is as if i did not. it is a direct link to the torrent. no scripts? anyone get this from maybe this specific site or have any idea. im runnin vista rtm and have no fucking clue where it keeps my cookes so that is no help. hopefully the forums will be.
Ultima Posted December 18, 2006 Report Posted December 18, 2006 Not telling us what browser you're using doesn't help anyone help you to find your cookies directory.
damasta Posted December 18, 2006 Author Report Posted December 18, 2006 sorry when i said vista i assumed you would know not ie6 because it does not come with it and not firefox because then i would know where the cookies where. Then i say i have no idea where VISTA keeps my cookies meaning not a 3rd party browser. This leaves only one possiblity...if you can't figure it out after that you deserve to be shot...
Ultima Posted December 18, 2006 Report Posted December 18, 2006 Beating around the bush and making us play guessing games doesn't get you your desired support any more quickly. A very simple search for vista ie7 cookies on Google yielded this result.
gdap Posted December 19, 2006 Report Posted December 19, 2006 Hi,I think there's a bug in the WebUI. When you try to add a torrent from a URL that is long and has spaces or special characters (%2, %3d and the like), the torrent doesn't add.http://blah.com/hi%2520-%2520amazingtrack.torrent doesn't work.http://normalsite/torrents/o-k.torrent does.I tested this with gui/?action=add-url&s= as well.
damasta Posted December 20, 2006 Author Report Posted December 20, 2006 http://www.td.net/download.php/19536/filename.torrentsite stuff changed but thats the url
