bv_andy Posted December 29, 2006 Report Share Posted December 29, 2006 Sometimes when I download (in the morning) my download speed is good (200-300 Kb/s) but after 12 in the midday my speed ON UTORRENT (only) drops (when I have a single torrent open withe meny seeders and peers) I have run the speed test and they are Ok so it is not from my connection.
