toyebb
I am in one of ISP that doesn't allow p2p sharing. But they didn't banned the programs I can still use utorrent to get connection. They capped my speed when I am tighting up their network. I want to ask, say if I am connected to a file that has 15 connections and I limit my number of connection to 3 will that still show up as 15 connection from my ISP. wendy
i guess it will show only 3 becuase even thought they are there you are not connected to them, now in the seed part of you utorrent you see #(#) the number in the brackets show how many seeders have that file but you are not conneted to all of them
Ultima
If you haven't already done so, disable DHT also, since your ISP might mistake the UDP packets sent by DHT for connections.
