spork985 Posted January 4, 2007 Report Share Posted January 4, 2007 In Options --> Preferences --> Connection, you can change the upload and download speeds to what ever you want. And unless you set the percentage to the ratio of your max upload speed to your max download speed, you'd be behaving like a leecher.
