cMw Posted January 9, 2007 Report Share Posted January 9, 2007 Well i started using utorrent a few days ago and i really like it for what its worth except, whenever i run it after an hour or so it will cause my computer to restart for an unknown reason. Meaning I dont get an error message it just restarts out of the blue. I also recently updated my wireless NIC cards firmware(netgear). Also when i am only running bittornado it doesnt restart.. Please help as i am really tired of having 15 bittornado icons in the taskbar. Also do u think it could be a that i have my global number of maximum connections set to high? cMw Posted January 10, 2007 Author Report Share Posted January 10, 2007 i think i may have solved it, i guess we will see when i wake up tomorrow morning when i leave it running for the nightDWKnight on irc told me to uncheck automatically restart in even of a system failure(which was happening, my system was failing and it would restart without a BSOD or error msg)so now if it does fail, im hoping it will show a msg atleast instead of waking up to a login screen Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
