My Linksys router failed, so I replaced it with the Actiontec MI424WR Verizon provided me. Download speeds have slowed to a crawl.I have scoured the World Wide InterWeb and set the port forwarding correctly. I have stood on my head with one arm extended to the west with aluminium foil wrapped on my toes to enahance reception, all to no avail.Thanks in advance for any help I can get. daveed Posted January 21, 2007 Author Report Share Posted January 21, 2007 OK, here's an update:I tweaked a setting in my firewall, and now I get the green check mark. However, my download speed sputters along at .8 kb/sec. The funny thing is that I have a laptop connecting to the same actiontec router wirelessly thyat I also use for uTorrent. All settings/ports are the same, with the 1 exception of the IP address for each machine. The laptop hums along at 20 + kb/sec Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
