r3bol
My ISP has a HTTP proxy server and I have all the proxy details. AFAIK a proxy server blocks offensive content. You can add your proxy details to uTorrent. So what does this mean on a BitTorrent network? Does it block offensive content like viruses? Does it hide my IP address to other users? Anything else? Please share your knowledge on this subject.Thanks,Leo.
Ultima
No, it doesn't do any of that. The proxy feature's only of (possible) use if your ISP is blocking connections.
