As my friend's pc also have the same configuration and it's working.I disabled all the firewall inside my pc and follow the configuration of my friends pc (his pc can run more than 100kbps download speed! and always get the Green Tick during the port test !), but i still get the Error message. You appear to be behind some kind of cache or proxy... that might also affect the port checking.I'm not sure what to say about your friend being able to get it working, but you being unable.
