emma.m Posted March 11, 2007 Report Share Posted March 11, 2007 i joined utorrent a few weeks ago and everything was ok. recently my isp put a "fair usage restriction" on me without any warning and now i cant upload. i have tried to download lost episode 11 which has lots of seeds. it starts to download and goes up to around 20kbs but i get no upload speed, so the downloading slows down to basically nothing aswell. is it my tiscali isp provider doing this or is there something wrong? i downloaded the tcp patch aswell. i just dont know what to do to make a difference. please help?
