nysemtp Posted November 10, 2005 Report Share Posted November 10, 2005 I'm running XP, without the firewall, with direcway as my ISP. They have variable IP adresses. Most of the time, my downloads run at 1-3k, uploads at 5k. I did have one burst of speed, and the download was up to 60k, then it stopped.
