Ultima Posted April 8, 2007 Report Share Posted April 8, 2007 No, static/dynamic IP wouldn't cause this kind of issue (though you should be setting a static IP up). Check the first link in my signature for some ideas, and if none of them help, do provide us with the information requested at the top of that thread.
