my pc was frozen so i had to shut it down.

And after that, all my torrent stopped

i can't download anymore (

Start > Run > %appdata%\uTorrent

Find the correct .torrent file and reload it in µTorrent, pointing to the correct location on disk. µTorrent should automatically recheck the existing files, but if it doesn't, before starting the torrent, right click it and force a recheck.
