Jakke Posted April 19, 2007 Report Share Posted April 19, 2007 This is relatively small problem, but .torrent files don't have µTorrent icon on them anymore, since I started to use the 1.7 Beta versions. I've tried to associate them many times but no luck, when I go to Tools -> Folder Settings -> File Types and locate TORRENT section, and trying to change the icon for it, says that maindoc.ico not found. In any case, µTorrent 1.7 now makes use of maindoc.ico in %appdata%\uTorrent (if it exists) for the .torrent filetype association icon. I'm not sure why it seems to require it for you, but try grabbing an icon file from the UI design forum, or the skins page, naming it as maindoc.ico, and moving that to %appdata%\uTorrent.
