Ultima
If you don't have control of your LAN, chances are, you won't be able to get around it.
thejonson
Depending on the version of ISA and the admins config e.g. open ports, port forwards etc. It is sometimes possible to get uTorrent work if you are able to install the MS ISA client on your machine the share name is typically \\[isa-server-name]\mspclnt the client allows for a machine to make a port request to the ISA and the ISA server will forward it, it's mainly used for when you need FTP upload access etc. but it works for utorrent.Hope that helps.
