The Dawg Fadder
I would like to install the 1.7 beta to my home server and then run the web interface through my clients. Can someone please direct me to a link of a walkthrough or guide.Or if one hasnt been created yet, I would appreciate some help. I have no firewall on my server. I have installed the software but am having troubles even bringing up the webui with 127.0.01\port\gui on the server, let alone from my client.ThanksDawg. Ultima
"127.0.01\port\gui" <-- this doesn't mean anything to us.http://localhost:port/gui/ <-- this (with port replaced by your µTorrent listening port), on the other hand, does. The readme included with webui should be sufficient enough a guide for setting webui up. Decipher
I know The Dawg Fadder has already found my guide on how to do this, but for anyone else who wants to install uTorrent on a Windows Home Server (WHS) my guide can be found at: http://www.deciphered.net/blog/2007/04/25/howto_install_utorrent_service_windows_home_server_whs_ctp
