Having the can't read from tracker problem

HI,

I'm having this annoying problem everytime I shut down utorrent, upon restarting it, the torrents stop resuming. I tried to get around this problem by choosing the remove and delete torrent option, upon reopening the torrent file it updates up to the percentage of downloaded data and it resumes, but I doesn't seem to be working anymore.Logically the program should be able to resume properly, so something I must perhaps change in my settings, but I am not sure what.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
