I have speed problems someone please help me I am kinda new at this

I have forwarded my port and have a green icon

I tested my speed and it is xx/256 one time and xx/512 the next so I set it at 256

I have never got speeds better than 20kB/s and most of the time not even that

Someone please help I have verizon lan line at 100Mbps and I have disabled my wireless
