please help speed err

hi everyone

i live in a very slow conn. country

and all the time my d speed was around 9 or 10 kbps

it was ok

but for one week it was waaaw my speed got to 29 or 25 or 30 kbps

then its came back to 5 or 2 or 3 just like that

and i swear i tried every thing in the

nothing changed in my PC or any PC on my network

i have 256 kbps dsl in Saudi arabia were the conn. is very bad

i have a small network PCs 4 via network card (wire)

1 wireless laptop

but nothing really changed why the speed dropped like that

i don't know what 2 do please help

i know i didnt provided any info but my problem is one thing how could the speed drop like that
