Ultima Posted April 29, 2007 Report Share Posted April 29, 2007 In Process Explorer, can you check the properties for µTorrent in Process Explorer to see what's hooked onto the process threads and the stacks for each respective thread? Screenshots of each window would do nicely.Some processes I'm suspicious of...aawservice.exe 1900 Ad-Aware 2007 Service Lavasoft ABvsmon.exe 1532 TrueVector Service Zone Labs, LLCPowerMenu.exe 4092 PowerMenu Thong Nguyenico.exe 1696 Mouse Suite 98 Daemon Primax Electronics Ltd.CachemanXP.exe 460 CachemanXP - controls File Cache and recovers RAM OutertechOh, and when µTorrent crashes and Dr.Watson pops up, a dump should be located in your %TEMP% folder (Start > Run > %TEMP%) as long as Dr.Watson remains running. Grab a copy of it and send it to greg AT bittorrent DOT com along with a description. If Windows complains saying the file is locked, go to Process Explorer, press Ctrl+F, search for the dump file's name. There should be some hits -- click on the one(s) with the type "Handle," and in the main Process Explorer window, right-click the highlighted item in the bottom pane and close the handle.
