whats going on everyone....

I have a problem with seeding / uploading using utorrent(1.6.1) and im not sure why its occurring. When i have utorrent open i have the "tannish/yellow/red exclamation mark icon" in the lower bar. When hovering over this icon it reads "No incoming connections, Unless the icon turns green, it could indicate a problem with your network configuration". I can download at good speeds with no problems at all, however when i attempt to just seed/upload a torrent i get speeds of < 3.0 kB/s. Over an eight hour period i uploaded 109 MB of a 2.54GB file, with no concurrent downloads. :(

Details:

Ive read the port forwarding guide at portforward.com, for my specific router.

Router Setup is currently:

Linksys WRT54Gs v.5 (updated firmware)

Router IP: 192.168.1.1

PC behind router IP: 192.168.1.136 ( outside scope of dhcp assigned ips)

DHCP enabled, starting IP address: 192.168.1.2

DHCP MAX: 3

Forwarding ports: 6881 to 6999 to 192.168.1.136

15524 to 63528 to 192.168.1.136 (all enabled)

uTorrent Setup is currently:

Port for incoming: 15524

UPnP port mapping is disabled. (ive tried enabled and disabled)

Windows firewall exception for utorrent exists

Other Details:

Running Win XP pro

Cable Connection

No antivirus/firewalls other than windows firewall( ive tried just disabling this entirely)

Ran the uTorrent port checker and it tells me

"OK! Port 15524 is open and accepting connections.

You will be able to receive incoming BitTorrent connections."

Please help!

Thanks
