(please read to the end of the post - this is not so obvious)The uTorrent works for me is that my temp dir is on my internal harddrive and my completed dir is on my external one. So when a download is completed it is being copied from the internal to the external.My external harddrive was off when some files were cmpleted and now they are stuck in the temp dir. I know I can copy then manually, but then they will not seed since uTorrent will not be able to find them.So how do I "force" uTorrent to copy and "know" where these files are for seeding?Thanks! kungfu71186 Posted May 22, 2007 Report Share Posted May 22, 2007 you could copy the files over manually. Just delete the seeding. Then open the torrent file back up, tell it to save it the location that you moved the files to (your external HD) and it will automatically pickup that you are down downloading those files and it will seed.
