Error messages

"Error: The process cannot access the file because it is being used by another process" and µTorrent halts the torrent!

i have looked on the FAQs and have done almost everything that they have listed to fix this problem but it still keeps hapening every 10 to 15 minutes. I am trying to download a 701mb file and it takes long enough without the constant interuptions.

I uninstalled my google desktop completely, i dont have msn desktop, I restarted µTorrent, i restarted the computer completely, i made sure the folders werent read-only and i turned off indexing. I am out of ideas can someone please help me? This is very frustrating.

I have had no problems in the past with any of my other downloads so i have no clue what this is. Thank you for your help in advance and if this post is in the wrong area I appologise in advance and will move it to the appropriate location if someone tells me where error messages belong.

Can you get Unlocker and check what application is locking the files when you get the error? Also, can you get Process Explorer, run it, File > Save, then post the contents of the saved process list in the .txt file here?
