closed port

When i had windows xp i didn't need to do anything to utorrent and the port was always open but now on vista it says the port is closed all the time even after i have enabled it in vista's file wall and on my router.

(i had the same router on xp and it worked fine, am i missing something you have to do on vista diferent to xp or is vista just crap lol
