If i have two torrents downloading at Bandwidth Allocation = NORMAL they download at 15KBps both. If I change Bandwidth Allocation of torrent 1 to HIGH then torrent 2 remains downloading at 15KBps but torrent 1 drops down to 3-7KBps. Now if I change Bandwidth Allocation of torrent 1 to LOW still it downloads at 3-7KBps. So in reality i am wasting bandwidth if I change to anything except NORMAL.
