I have setup a static IP address in my laptop.3. I uninstalled Mcafee4. I have a red light at the bottom of my uTorrent window5. When I run the check from uTorrent is says "Checking port 10586 on ....Error: Port ... does not appear to be open.6. Running Windows XP SP27. Did you setup the Static IP Outside the Range of the DHCP server?? Is the Windows XP SP2 Firewall ON, it is ON by Default Check it and turn make sure it is Off.Also what is the make and model of your Modem??The_Nephilim Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
