strange port forwarding problem

I've done all the steps to open up the port for utorrent on www.portforward.com and even added the port on windows firewall but it still shows the port as not open. I've tried everything and im just not sure whats going on.

Im using Linksys WRT54G v8 the latest one, and I saw the sticky on it before, but that was fixed after version 4. Im not sure what else to do I really want to open this port because the downloads are crazy slow and im about to give up.
