UPnP ERROR -3 mapping port 49601 -> 192.168.0.4: 49601

I get this message in my log. It comes up about every half or 20 min.

My speeds are not horrible and I have the green light.

Is this error a problem? Will I get better speeds if I fix it? oh. . and what does it mean ?

Disable UPnP in Preferences > Connection then. It means your router isn't forwarding the port via UPnP (maybe because you already forwarded it manually or something).
