Won't connect..?

Hi,

First off I would like to say that my internet works perfectly and has done for some time now.

My problem is with no matter what downloading program, Bitlord or Utorrent, they will not connect (they also used to). They just suddenly stopped (I don't think I did anything before they did.

When I try to download it tells me there are no peers or seeds (with like 10 different downloads with all good connectivity from the website information). The icon is an arrow pointing down with a Red box.

Any help would be great as it is VERY annoying.
