Port forwarding not working

I am using a Linksys WRT300N router and have configured it just as the port forwarding guide had suggested. I went into my Windows firewall and allowed not only utorrent bu also the now open port. However, utorrent is still telling me that the port is being blocked. It is odd, it isn't keeping me from downloading, just uploading. This has only been a problem since installing Vista 32bit. I had no problems (didn't even need to port forward) under xp. Has anyone had a similar problem or is there something I am just doing wrong?
