Link Posted July 14, 2007 Report Share Posted July 14, 2007 When I set my upload allocation on a low setting my download speed drop drastically to almost the speed I set the upload to. Ultima Posted July 14, 2007 Report Share Posted July 14, 2007 Lowering the upload rate helps only if your upload is getting saturated. Run the Speed Guide (Ctrl+G) in µTorrent and use the speed tester to find out your connection's maximum upload rate in kbit/s.
