The speed dropped immediately on the downloads in progress from ~ 200kB/s to 15 and has stayed in that range. I note the percentage of seeders and peers I'm connected to has dropped slowly over timeUsing Norton Firewall2006. It recognized the version change and I enabled all traffic. I modified the firewall to allow the listening port and made sure it was fixed. Shutting down the firewall does increase the speed to about 60kb/sNo error messages. (Vista/McAfee Firewall/near perfect ISP)Since upgrading to 1.7.2 EVERY 15 minutes ALL internet traffic halts completely for 4-5 minutes.
