slow download speed

i have forward my port tested it and it is forwarded ,i am getting a green icon in my utorrent but my dowload speeds are still very slow what else could i do to improve my speeds

What are you considering slow? According to the speed test results, you aren't going to get anything above 50kB/s. You should also lower the upload limit to no more than 20kB/s.

And how did the test torrents run?

tried one of does test torrents and the down load speed is very good about 48kb/s cant undestand why other torrents are so slow

Then it's just a problem with those torrents -- not every single swarm is fast.
