Seeding ratio <= ... priority change

I'd like to see the ability to change a torrent's priority once I hit my seeding ratio, or once the ratio of seeds to peers is Y (though perhaps the later is already dealt with by the protocols way of sharing). This way I can leave myself seeding, but without impacting on the seeding of other files where I might be one of only a couple of seeds, or I haven't yet met my "responsibilities".

It would mean I don't need to be there to do this
