asdf123
Do trackers carry encryption flags for peers, or only dht/pex?I ask because if I disable dht, pex, and encryption, if I will still be able to make outgoing connections to peers who do not accept nonencrypted connections. Ultima
Encryption is purely a peer-to-peer thing. Trackers don't know a thing about it. If you disable encryption, and the other end of your connection attempt doesn't accept legacy connections, then you won't connect to them.
