PLEASE HELP! I don't know what's the solution

Hi, I reformatted my computer recently, so I downloaded utorrent and then downloaded stuff from it. The problem is, there are so many peers and seeders, it's just it keeps showing like this in my log, continuously

And yes, it does very very very rarely downloads... it has 43 peers, and only 1.2 mb is downloaded after 4 minutes

It's like utorrent is not downloading anything, it downloads just slowly and rarely and the log is long that it only shows these

I've been waiting for 10 minutes and the download is so slow. I remember that time when before i reformat my computer, the download was extremely fast. But now, it's gone.

the computer is windows xp service pack 2

and the gear connection is netgear wg121
