Skip multiple files dialog

There should be a skip multiple files dialogue in the Create Torrent Wizard

[Ultima]

You can skip multiple files by using a pipe character | or a semicolon ; to separate them.

Limitations:

- Files that contain a semicolon in their names can't be specified directly (they can only be skipped using wildcards) <-- I'm gonna bug the devs about this; semicolons shouldn't be used as separators

- ALL files with ths specified name, even if they're in subdirectories, will get skipped. That means you can't skip one particular instance of a file.

I think there should be a dialogue, to easily skip files instead of TYPING them on the text box.
