Slow speed in 1.72. uTorrent 1.6 working perfectly

I recently upgraded from 1.6 to 1.72, however, in 1.72 my speed is stuck at 195 kb/s max. I have tried everything that is suggested in these forums, though nothing helped. I was surprised, because when I installed bittornado to test my speed, it got 800 kb/s down, with the same torrents.

I have now reinstalled 1.6, and everything is fine again (getting max speed). Seems like 1.72 isn't working correct.
