Ultima Posted August 19, 2007 Report Share Posted August 19, 2007 If you find your speeds to be "average" until you get to a certain percentage, check the availability of the torrent, and the number of seeds/peers there should be in the swarm. If the availability is below 1.0, [ if the number of seeds is high, the torrent is likely fake | if the number of seeds is low, then you're going to have to be patient ]. If you're getting a large number of hashfails, the torrent is likely poisoned, or your hardware can be at fault (this isn't limited only to routers -- the problem could stem from bad RAM or hard drive or hard drive cables, for example). jake16424 Posted August 19, 2007 Report Share Posted August 19, 2007 sounds like you keep picking torrents with low seed population, or a low number of people with the file at 100%, that or there stingy and just wont seed,, i let mine run for about a week or two,,, i usually download freeware, and free tv series,, they usually download within 2 weeks,, just let them run,, adventually someone with the file at 100% will come on and seed u up =D Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
