checking and continue problem

I got very strange propblem

when I restart uncomplete torrents files the program check what is complete and what is not

it gives me different ratio every time !

for example one file I was downloading was at 65% and when I start it again it gives me only 50% then I recheck it and then it gave me 60% ! the third time it gave me 20%

the torrent have more than file in it and I know that the first 10 files were really complete (I played them on media player) now it is giving me that they are 60% and sometime 100%

very strange and very annoying

I wonder why this happen
