all ports configured but speed doesnt go over 10

hi everybody,

I have forwarded ports both on my firewall and on the router, and it's been great for a couple of hours, download went up to around 150kb/s... but then it droped and now it won't go over 10kb/s.

I checked the configurations and everything is still the same.

Can you tell me what's wrong and what to do?

What is the availability for the torrent? How many seeds/peers are in the swarm?

it has 48 seeds, of which 25 are in use, and 153 peers, of which it uses 50

it seems o.k.. also, following your recommendations I tried downloading the openwindows from the link given; same results...
