Doubts about tracklerless

I hope you can help me in giving me answers about how the trackerless works when the ports in NAT are not correctly configured.

Well, the peer A asks for information to the peer B about where the other users are. The peer B can ask for information to peer A throughout this connection to avoid the problems caused by NAT?

Is it is not possible to make de connection to a node through UDP, is it possible to make it throughout TCP? If yes, is it the same port used to downloads.

Thanks in advanced.

In the first question, take profit of connection is created to make the peer B able to receive information skiping NAT.

In the second question, prove that NAT is configured correctly for TCP.

They are two different questions, sorry if it was not clear in the first message.
