utorrent User Manual does not work - "The address is not valid"

Afternoon all

I am trying to a mass migration of a few hundred torrents from my old laptop to my new one. OK - llooked up the forum.... people on the forum here say "see the manual" ... OK.... downloaded the manual and I come up with the following error.. "The address is not valid".... I am DEFINITELY connected to the internet... Any ideas?

I am running Vista Ultimate.

Try to store it on a local drive, not a network drive (f.e. C:\utorrent.chm) and doubleclick that one.

I noticed this "M$ fault" too ...
